We popped up at Kew Wakehurst in Sussex for this wonderful event that encouraged visitors to embark on a journey through spectacular, immersive artworks inspired by Kew’s world-leading international science projects.
The weather was wonderful and as the sun began to set people could discover music and performances within the wild landscape from African drummers and dancers to ukulele players. Throughout the evening we served tasting boxes of wild mushroom risotto and mushroom medley canapés...delicious little toasted slices of sourdough, rubbed with garlic and piled with sautéed shrooms topped with freshly grated and slightly melted Grana Padano. Ruby was on the griddle and could hardly keep up with demand!
